Austin, TX - April 1, 2024 - We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Dave DeCaprio as the new Chief Technology Officer at mbue. With over 25 years of experience in transforming academic research into successful businesses, Dave brings an unparalleled depth of expertise in AI and Machine Learning, beginning with his work at MIT as part of the Human Genome Project and spanning across a diverse spectrum of domains, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, advertising, robotics, precision agriculture, and sports analytics.
Dave is the co-founder of ClosedLoop.ai, an automated machine learning platform for healthcare. ClosedLoop beat out IBM Watson, Merck, the Mayo Clinic, and more than 300 other teams to win the $1.6M CMS AI Health Outcomes Challenge, the most significant healthcare AI competition to date. Under his leadership, ClosedLoop.ai secured over $45 million in venture capital and earned the Best in KLAS award for AI platforms for three consecutive years.
An MIT alum with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Dave's engineering background and AI experience makes him a perfect match for mbue. His role will be crucial in advancing our mission to revolutionize architectural review with AI, delivering beautifully designed, user-friendly products that redefine the standards of quality control.
In conjunction with welcoming Dave, we're excited to share that our Co-Founder and former CTO, Ron Green, will transition into the role of Chief Innovation Officer.
